These Particular Conditions of the Purchase Contract apply to online sales made through the montrey.com website (hereinafter, the ONLINE BOUTIQUE), of which Metales Preciosos Montrey SL (hereinafter MONTREY) is the owner, to customers who have their delivery address in Spain.

The use by the client of the services of the BOUTIQUE ONLINE presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of the Particular Conditions of the National Online Purchase Contract, in the version published by MONTREY, at the time of the purchase order.Therefore, it is convenient that the client read these Particular Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase, as well as the general terms and conditions of use of the portal.
In everything not provided for in these Particular Conditions of the national online purchase contract, it will be necessary to comply with the provisions of the general terms and conditions of use of the portal.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These particular conditions of online purchase apply to the purchase of any product present on the bijoya.com website made by consumers who have their delivery address in Spain.
The prices of each of the jewels and watches are indicated on the website on the date the order is placed.The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT.The amount of shipping costs and any other service is also specified and will be indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed.

The prices of each of the jewels and watches are indicated on the website on the date the order is placed and include taxes and fees.The customer may choose the means of payment at the end of the purchase process among the following:

3.2.Delivery
Unless otherwise expressly established during the online purchase process, the procedure for delivering the MONTREY product or service acquired through the Service to the customer will be carried out according to the following steps:

The shipment will be made through a courier service provided by a third party outside of MONTREY.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within THIRTY calendar days following receipt of the article.
To formalize the withdrawal, the client must send to the email address info@montreyjoyeria.com, within the indicated period, the returns form that is included at the end of this section, indicating their willingness to withdraw, their data (including their number account) and those of the contract whose withdrawal you intend.
MONTREY will then contact the customer to manage the effective return of the product.
Once the withdrawal has been formalized and the item is returned together with its original packaging, the price will be returned in the shortest possible time, and in any case, within fourteen calendar days following the moment that MONTREY has learned of the customer's withdrawal. .
Online purchases do not accept changes in the model of the jewel, only returns of money with the original payment method.
Returns will not be accepted if the jewel has already been modified previously, that is, adjustments to a different size than the original and engraving of the jewel.
All payments received will be returned to you.The means used for the return will be through the same means of payment used in the purchase. MONTREY will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in the return process.

In any case, without prejudice to what is established at the beginning of the section, MONTREY products purchased by the customer through the purchase procedure established on the website have the legal guarantee of consumer goods, that is, their compliance with their description on the website and with these Particular Conditions.
The guarantee relating to those damages caused by improper use is excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by current European Union legislation.

AVAILABILITY OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE SERVICE
